Welcome to Vocal X and your Next Level Vocal Performance Cross-Training.  We are confident that if you follow the program as suggested and stay consistent, Vocal X can help increase your Vocal Power, Range, Endurance and Control as well as your overall vocal performance, wellness and health.

When you click on training videos, start with the Beginner level.  There are two workouts each week:  A-Day and B-Day.  Choose one day to do the eight A-Day exercises.  Vocal rest for a couple days.  Then do the eight B-Day exercises.  The total workout will be about 30 to 40 minutes long for A-Day and B-Day. Repeat these two workouts every week and stay consistent with your schedule for 90 days before moving on to the next level.

It is highly recommended you do the A-Day and B-Day workouts once every week for 90 days before moving on to the next level.

For Example:

If Monday is the designated A-Day workout and Thursday is the B-Day workout, make sure to vocal rest between training days and stay consistent with this schedule for 90 days with each training level.
